Recipe: Marmite Spicy Chicken 妈密辣椒鸡

1                      Chicken ( cut into pieces )
5-10 pieces      Chili Padi ( cut into sections as desires )
1  bulb             Garlic ( chopped )


2 tbsp            Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp            Marmite
1 tbsp            Sugar
1 tsp              Salt
1.5 tbsp         Dark Soy Sauce  
2 tbsp            Water


1 tbsp Marmite


1. Heat up 3 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry chopped garlic until lightly brown and fragrant.
2. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked ( every part of chicken becomes white in colour without watery blood ). 

3. Add seasoning mix well, pour in the water and bring to boil.

4. Add chili padi and fry for a while until the sauce is fairly dried and thick.
5. Dishes is ready to be served.

It's simple to prepare. Enjoy!
