Yeast Pastry House Malacca 马六甲伊士多面包菓子工房


<Yeast Pastry House 伊士多面包菓子工房> in Malacca which was opened somewhere around last year seem to be popular recently, even though I had been passed by it repeatedly before then, yet it was my first visit to this pastry house. It doesn't seem much different with the other bakery houses in Malaysia from the outside.

During the time I was patronizing the pastry house, though they didn't have a surge of customers yet there were an unending stream of customers came in, it has to be a reason. 



Unending stream customers come and go with a sack of cakes, buns, puffs, and various pastries...There surely more to be discovered compares with other bakery I supposed.

All kinds and sorts of swiss rolls (Black Bean Swiss Roll, Black Sesame Swiss Roll, Cranberry Swiss Roll, Coffee Swiss Roll, Bamboo Charcoal Pudding Swiss Roll, Greentea Swiss Roll, Strawberry Pudding Swiss Roll etc...), cheese cakes ( European Cheese Cake, American Cheese Cake, French Cheese Bar, Salted Cheese etc..),  Japanese Cupcakes, puffs (Vanilla Custed Cream Puff, Chocolate Custed Cream Puff etc..), mochi, pies, Tiramisu Cup etc.... There always one to be your choice to bring back home. 

Various cakes for variety festivals and purposes..

Various buns, breads and pizzas....

The tiny < French Cheese Bar > (Rm 4.00) was so tempting...

"Sweet smell, tasty flavor"...

French Cheese Bar > tastes dense but too sour and greasy to me....a small tiny devour was more than enough for me..hehe..

<Strawberry Pudding Swiss Roll> is my favorite, the filling ain't excessively sweet, the pudding has very smooth texture and the strawberry is incredibly fresh.

It tastes even more great after cold storage, the pudding just like ice-cream taste.

<Black Sesame Swiss Roll> is not sweet at all, totally different with other swiss rolls we used to eat since ever. However it's not suitable for those sweet-lover due to its lessen sweet taste, and yet its mild black sesame aromas are unique compares others. To those who wanna have a taste of more healthy pastry with lessen sweet and unique texture swiss roll, <Black Sesame Swiss Roll>, <Bamboo Charcoal Pudding Swiss Roll>, < Greentea Swiss Roll> and many other pastries from < Yeast Pastry House 伊士多面包菓子工房 > are definitely your right choice. Yet again, I will be back for trying lots more pastries sooner or later.
