Absolute Pet-Friendly Coolest Home-Stay Bungalow In Cameron Highland

Early April 2013, my baby Minnie just done her 3rd Vaccine, which means 4-month-old baby Minnie never ever went for any vacation since she was born. Thus we planned to bring her as well as my beloved baby Mickey to go somewhere cooler and away from hustle and bustle of the city for an idle vacation ( In fact they are too furry to go somewhere hot ). Since Malaysia is a Tropical country, it's barely to find one though. The choices are rare, it's merely Genting Highland, Fraser Hill and Cameron Highland, and our first choice was Cameron Highland. However the matter is we were bringing the furs, hence we could barely find a hotel or lodge which was Pet-frindly either. Over and over again we searched via website, eventually we found this lovely bungalow with a lovely name, < Valley View >, which is absolute pet friendly lodge in Cameron Highland

The gateway of < Valley View >...

Once entering the territory, we were immediate overwhelmed by an array of splendid flowers and greenery along the path...

We drove uphill through the path....

The bungalow is nestled on a hilltop surrounded by 2 acres of lush greenery, flower garden, fruit trees and vegetable plots. Guests are free to park their vehicles right at the front yard.

< Valley View > is a double-storey, fully furnished, 5-bedroom house with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and 3 bedrooms on the lower floor. Each floor is self-contained with its own kitchen, dining area, lounge and doorway as well, hence it can be rented separately by floor for the guests who don't come in a large group. Since we have merely 2 adults and 2 fur kids, the owner, William, was strongly recommended us to choose the upper floor with 2 bedrooms attached.

The owner's dwelling is right behind the bungalow we stayed. The owner, William, is a friendly, attentive and kind-hearted person, who had rescued & adopted 13 stray dogs. Thus he has no problem at all with the guests who wish to bring along their pets. He would advise his guests to notify him prior arrival, in order to give him a sufficient time to shift his free-roaming-dogs back home from running and wandering in the territory, to avoid them barking and howling to the guests especially the furs.

Since Mr William, the owner, and his wife stay at the rear court of the bungalow, hence it's convenient for guests to deal with him anytime ( but don't approach them by midnight unless emergency ). ( Bottom Left ) Mr William & his wife and the 13 dogs's dwelling view from the porch of the upper floor.

Yes, we have reached the destination, babies :-)

We were too much facing to our computer, laptop & smartphone...Green is something great to relief our weary eyes...

( Bottom ) The distinctive perception of the front lawn when the valley is covered by mist...The region could have enveloped by the fog within a second...

Your fur kids or children will definitely love to gallop, run and play around the lawn with an awesome cool fresh air, whereas adults will  hangout & chitchatting while having a joyous & abundant BBQ or steamboats out there in front of your lodge. Therefore it's absolutely ideal for family holidays and group getaways for people of all ages.

There are 2 large BBQ pits on the front lawn with floodlight for use after sundown with an additional charge a sum of Rm 50 for use per pit ( It's to cover costs of materials of charcoal, fire starters, utensils, tables and chairs ) and Rm 10 per steamboat cooker and gas. Canopy cover is provided in case of rain.  For those who love to play mahjong, there is 2 mahjong tables available. Besides the owner also can provide one set of mahjong tiles if required. For those guests who come in a large group for minimum of 10 adults, if you need the owner cater for BBQ and steamboat dinners, and other meals, please notice of at least 3 days earlier ( In this case, guests are needless to pay the additional charge a sum of Rm 50 as mentioned earlier ).
**Clearing and washing up of dishes, cutlery and crockery after BBQ and steamboat is the responsibility of guests.**

A beautiful twining vine plant with flower arch at the doorway to the lawn enhances the fascinating perception of the landscape.

My baby Mickey posed before the flower arch...

The weather ain't too hot despite the sunny day...

The entrance staircase to our dwelling floor...yet everything is clean.

( Above ) My babies were sniffing everywhere once entered the front door. ( Bottom ) Our car was parked at the courtyard, viewed from the porch of upper floor.

The entrance hall...Once we entered the room, it is immediate amazed me by its aromatic scent and cleanness. It didn't even give me a single unpleasant smell as I had expected since the bungalow doesn't seem newly built. Apart from that the floor was super clean and comfortable to stand on, not a bit of sticky nor slimy sense of touch either. It was totally beyond my expectation in good way. :-)

The bright and spacious lounge.

The very unique designs of 2 somewhat indoor pavilions are built at the both sides of the hall.

I think the designs of both separating pavilions attached in within the hall is a very great idea for those guests whom come in 2 families. The wives may want to have some private lady's talk while the husbands want to have some beer or tea for buddy's time, in the meantime, kids themselves might just don't wanna miss their favorite cartoon on Astro. Thus every distinct group may have their respective section without interrupting one another.

A magnificent view of the mist-covered valley and rolling hills are unfold before us while we are having a special moment or enjoying a cup of hot tea on the pavilion corner. Cool breeze pouring in from the wide-opened window definitely boost up our vigor of a tiring day.

The hall with a cozy sofa and TV...

The TV with full Astro coverage is available with no additional charges as well as wireless internet ( WiFi ). What can I say, I simply admire the thoughtfulness that the owner displays. In fact some guests ( as me ) are always have some TV shows to die for regardless of anywhere we go. :-)

Each floor is also self-contained with its own kitchen. And it is unexpectedly clean and vast.

As you can see every kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, gas cooker, rice cooker, micro-wave oven, toaster, cutlery, crockery and steamboat cooking facilities, just name it.
** Every facility is free to use, however all the dishwashing and general cleanliness of the bungalow is responsibility of guests, please help to maintain the standard**

A ten seater dining table is fit for a big family. To us, it's more than enough. ^^

My 2 babies, Mickey & Minnie love the new place so much, look at those particular clean floor shines, I'd no doubt of letting my babies sniffing around and worrying them to grab some filthy stuffs from the floor. As a return, it's our responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the dwelling as well, since the owner is so tolerant to let us bringing our beloved furs come along for the vacation, hence don't mess up the place with your kid's excrements, kindly ensure that your babies pee or poop on the peeing pad ( as my babies did on the following picture ) and keep your eyes on them from peeing upon the furnitures, or else please put diapers on them supposing your furs have urine marking behavior in a newly territory. ^^

My baby Mickey was sniffing around and wee wee on the peeing pad that we had prepared for them.

The larger bedroom view... The room is rather spacious and extremely cleaned.

An attached balcony....

The owner is so thoughtful in so many details. All the bedrooms have queen-sized double beds and attached bathrooms with hot/cold showers, towels, hand towels and soap as well as shampoo dispensers.

Hairdryer is provided as well...Its facilities not in the least inferior comparable to any 3 stars hotel or even much better...

The other somewhat smaller bedroom..We didn't use the room though, the larger room next door was more than enough for 4 of us ( 2 adults and 2 furs ).

The bedroom...Cleaned with every essential acquired.

Beautiful pictures of the misty view of Cameron Highland...

Have some family photo section at the pavilion before going out for a walk and took some fresh air...

What are you looking for, baby? What can you find at the pavilion? Food?

My babies's beautiful poses at the pavilion...( Bottom left ) Baby Mickey was enjoying the magnificent view of mist-covered valley & rolling hills, as well as abundant of cooling fresh air.

Kindly read the regulations & rules of dwelling...and please "No Smoking".

The basin at the kitchen..with a soothing greenery view as well...

There is even a hot/cold water for all hand basin and kitchen use, so thoughtful.

Kept exploring the new environment....

The room was vast enough for my babies to gallop around..

Mickey and Minnie were waiting for their early dinner before we went out looking for human foods for

2 adults and 2 fur babies...but we have bought these much of foods...@@~

My babies love the steamed sweet potatoes so much, as well as the fresh strawberry despite sour..haha...These was the solely two foods that my babies were allowed to have, other human foods were simply harmful to their health. They were waiting patiently while mommy was peeling the potatoes..

Relaxed at lounge with my beloved family after dinner....

Before long, everyone was weary and exhausted especially my babies. They had been running around the place back & forth unceasingly since daytime.

After a nap, my baby Minnie seemingly still hunger for food....she kept waiting and waiting in the kitchen in order to obtain some foods...

So was my baby Mickey...walking on his tiptoe turning around the dining table, still wanted to grab if any food left on the table.

( Above Right ) Wondered why my baby Minnie stood still at the doorway of the room, I supposed she was not ready to go to bed

My babies were too curious about the new place...

Tourist Information Guide Map is provided by the owner for the guests...

My most precious babies....

Still wandering around, babies?

Peep a boo, baby...

My two babies still unwilling to sleep despite midnight...They have great excitement at the newly place ^^

Wrestling time before sleep as usual.... @.@~

My beautiful baby Minnie before sleep....

My babies were preparing to go for a car ride.

Here we go, I have my baby Mickey in arm and baby Minnie in my carrier...No ones left..haha!
