Recipe: Mix Veggie Chicken Meat Ball 雜菜雞肉丸




Ingredients (材料)

3 Chicken breasts ( minced )
1 bowl of green, red and yellow Bell Pepper/ Capsicum ( chopped )
1-2 slices Pumpkin ( steamed and peel )
1 bowl Carrot ( minced )
3 塊雞胸肉(攪碎)
1碗青+紅+黃甜椒/燈籠椒(切細粒)
1片南瓜(蒸熟去皮)
1 碗紅蘿蔔蓉



Method (做法)

  1. All ingredients mix well. Make them into meat ball.  
  2. Preheat oven at 180'C.
  3. Send to oven at 180'C and bake for approximately 20 minutes, pr until the surface turns  slightly brown.
  1. 全部材料攪拌均勻弄成肉丸。
  2. 焗爐預熱180度C
  3. 放入焗爐180度C烤大越20分鐘,或表面成金黄色。



Please snesure the meatballs are fully cooked inside out. The dishes are ready to be served.
請確保肉丸裡裡外外都熟透。可以讓毛寳貝享用咯。
